Project overview
Experience Columbus and Mindstream Interactive came to us with a concept for a new loyalty app for the City of Columbus in the USA. Consumers can download the CBUS Rewards app and gather loyalty points for completing certain activities listed in ther huge set of partnered restaurants, venues, and attractions.
Challenges
The app needed to interact seamlessly with existing legacy CMS and other services and partners.
Outcome
The app launched with full features and allowing consumers to collect loaylty points, as planned.
